ABCD Welfare Foundation (Action for Bringing Change & Development Welfare Foundation), an initiative born out of the collective wisdom and extensive experience of a group of dedicated friends entrenched in the corporate sector and social development for over two decades, stands as a not-for-profit organization registered under section 8 of the Companies Act 2013. The core concept revolves around channeling our skills, knowledge and expertise towards the betterment of society, A commitment to reciprocate the invaluable lessons acquired over the years.

This endeavor didn’t materialize overnight; rather, it was the culmination of intensive brainstorming over the past 3-4 years. As we reached a pivotal juncture in our careers, contemplating a more settled phase, we resolved to contribute in a manner that would truly impact and uplift society.

Having traversed diverse sectors over nearly two decades, our collective experiences have enriched us with profound insights. The decision to establish ABCD Welfare Foundation emerged from the desire to share and apply these learnings to benefit the segments of society often overlooked and underserved.

The genesis of ABCD Welfare Foundation aligns seamlessly with its acronym, symbolizing our commitment to “Action for Bringing Change & Development.” It encapsulates our earnest intent to catalyse positive transformations in the community we serve.

VISION

An aspiration for a nation where individuals flourish with dignity and security, embracing their inherent rights and entitlements and accessing equal opportunities without any form of discrimination.

MISSION

To actively instigate transformative changes in the lives of marginalized groups, discerning and executing strategies that unite diverse target populations, fostering mutual support to achieve happiness, knowledge, well-being, sanctity and joy through meticulously tailored, need-based initiatives.

AIM

To facilitate and establish an inclusive environment where individuals can uniformly exercise their rights and entitlements, enabling them to lead enriched lives through a spectrum of programs.

OBJECTIVES

  • Uphold the welfare and rehabilitation of children, women and men requiring care and support, along with the well-being of underprivileged communities, particularly those residing in rural and urban areas. 
  •     Designing and implementing programs that cater to the varied needs of people and diverse geographical areas, focusing on the upliftment and integration of migrants, nomadic populations, tribes and other marginalized communities.
  •       Foster collaboration with like-minded organizations, ensuring a collective and concerted effort for the welfare and well-being of humanity.
