We are registered under Section 12A and 80 G of the Income Tax Act,1961. All donations made to ABCD Welfare Foundation are 50% tax exempted under the section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961.
As per the Indian Income Tax Department’s rules, a donor is required to add their Full Name, Address and PAN number in case they wish to claim tax exemption.
